if you have 3 friends helping you in a fight, then if everyone attacks when they see 3 distraction on their screen, everyone will have the maximum distraction benefit
(for the record, for super-massive targets, once distraction is around 20 then the gains of more distraction are tiny and not worth it)
iirc all of those are publically available, but these are my own copies (for the spreadsheets anyway) so there's less chance that pubbies will have fucked with the fonts or something idk
